Sometimes, individuals of the same breed could have his or her own culture... Interesting conflict... Conflict, the core of drama.

But then what about the "conflict-resolve"? We all contribute to conflicts by not being willing to understand.

Who could be a protagonist for resolve? Can we also contribute to conflict-management?”
