Linda Lappin lives in Italy where she directs the writing program of Centro Pokkoli, inµ Vitorchiano, a beautiful medieval village north of Rome.

At Centro Pokkoli, she teaches workshops devoted to the spirit of place and memoir/travel writing. She will present her new novel, "Katherine's Wish", about the life of Katherine Mansfield, as well a previous novel "The Etruscans". She will be organizing an on-line workshop on discovering the spirit of place for travel/memoir writers, poets, and fiction writers in January 2009. Please visit www.lindalappin.net
